2010 NSCAA Convention

Coach Gaspar,
I just wanted to thank you for the session you did at the 2010 NSCAA Convention on Friday. I haven't been able to stop talking to people about it.
The session gave me an inspired and welcomed change from the normal sessions at the convention which recently have just seemed to be a rehash of training drills and less of an insight in coaching elite athletes as well as inspiring and motivating. Also, yourself and Ryan Carr gave me some needed ideas on incorporating different concepts in my training methods. I hope to see you again at the convention.
