Mr. Gaspar,
I am grateful for the opportunity you provided for all the kids to train with you yesterday. I know my daughter Michel, a 95 ODP keeper learned many new drills to help her continue to improve.
But, what I'm most impressed with, and grateful for, is the attention you paid to the kids' self worth...from the "What time is it? Now! Where are we? Here! Who are we? Goalkeepers! How do you feel? Outstanding!...to your closing remarks about how well behaved the kids are and how they gave you 100%. These are the elements missing in so many camps and training sessions. What I've heard call "the invisible" elements of training. Not so named because they're not perceived by the eye, but because of the impact they have to a kid's soul. Well done.
